Functional lab tests cut out the guesswork by looking at a wide range of pathogenic, nutritional and biochemical markers throughout the different systems in the body.
These tests are highly effective at identifying imbalances and specific problem areas.
Tai Chi
1:1 Tai Chi with Courtenay
Tai Chi is an ancient form of martial arts that combines movements, meditation, and deep breathing to help build strength, flexibility, balance, and benefit mental health by reducing stress.
Research shows that Tai chi appears to be promising in improving chronic illness and cancer-related symptoms by improving quality of life and enhancing survival rate.
YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO ACTIVELY TAKE PART IN YOUR FIGHT AGAINST CANCER
Acupuncture is an integrative medicine therapy that has been proven to help with pain, improve well-being, and reduce the side effects of cancer treatments.
Since the 1970s, more than 10,000 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on acupuncture have been completed, and it is increasingly accepted as an effective treatment modality worldwide.
Cancer patients often face difficult symptoms from their illness and treatments, including hot flashes, cognitive issues, neuropathy, depression, anxiety, nausea, vomiting, nerve pain, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, swelling, sleep problems, and dry mouth. These can be hard to manage, even with standard medical care. Acupuncture can be a helpful addition to cancer treatment. I will show you and your caregiver how to easily do acupuncture or acupressure on yourself to improve your treatment results.
